Hello all,This forum seems to be the best body of information, people, and resources I've found regarding CRE investing.

I have built a database 0f roughly 30,000 local agents for myself using the methods below.As others have mentioned, the state licensing body typically has email addresses for all licensed agents in the state.

That’s strange, most brokerages are looking for any warm body to hire.

Same for the faucet, don't use a cheap model with a plastic body...get a mid range moen or pfister single handle NO Sprayer.

No body knows everything but someone on here is sure to be able to help you!

They will put in a warm body just to get paid 

No body wants to have an unsatisfied client that goes irate and spread bad information on social media on that bad deal they presented in the first place believing it was a money maker.My clients that have gotten loans with Sean have been very satisfied with his services.
