Hello,

38 years old, happily married with 3 beautiful kids, and a smoking hot wife (just incase she reads this)

We just recently become landlords. (2 weeks ago)

We built a new home, and rented out the one we have lived in for the past 6 years.

We do owe 144k on the rental, and have plans to have it paid off in 30 months.  If we like the rental experience, we will immediately purchase another, If not we will sell and move on.
