They are actually in about 20 cities across US and focus on value add properties where investor can (hopefully) maximizei have no affiliation or testimony...just another option for you.Elise Hazzard

Maybe you could even find a contracting company that is affiliated with a development company, i worked at one of those for a few years and learned a ton!
