For the kitchens, while personally not a fan, butcher block counters are cheap and in style and you can install them yourself.

Now, I might compromise to the extent of a medical board and then my attorney, the last thing you want is a doctor that is not held accountable....and I thought that whole tea bagger thing was about holding people accountable....Good example is Germany, doctors can not be sued and the people call them butchers!

everyone just jumps in and they risk the refi not happening or rehab being butchered etc.. for the average investors buying something already rehabbed is much safer.. although it does defeat the forced appreciation part of it.I am toying with firing back up my BRRR funding arm..
