Buying lambs @ $.50-$1/head & selling butchered sides for $10 a piece sure beat the $1.82/hr I made working nights at a wine bar during the week.

I would suggest getting a stainless steel movable 2 tiered with butcher block or keep it plain stainless.

From what I've seen a majority of the time, you are right @Joe Butcher  There have been a few in which the price listed was the actual list price, but more ofter the prior. 

For the kitchens, while personally not a fan, butcher block counters are cheap and in style and you can install them yourself.

Hey @Joe Butcher - Typically this will happen to a thread that has been removed for one reason or another.

Now, I might compromise to the extent of a medical board and then my attorney, the last thing you want is a doctor that is not held accountable....and I thought that whole tea bagger thing was about holding people accountable....Good example is Germany, doctors can not be sued and the people call them butchers!

I just would just like to clarify how things went down just because I butchered the scenario big time in hope that I won't be labled as a bad person.

everyone just jumps in and they risk the refi not happening or rehab being butchered etc.. for the average investors buying something already rehabbed is much safer.. although it does defeat the forced appreciation part of it.I am toying with firing back up my BRRR funding arm..
