I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.

Additionally, it needs a new roof, new HVAC, new plumbing, the septic is over 30 years old, the well could use a filter, a few new windows, none of the electric is up to code… and it’s on almost an acre of land….

I started working with Rent To Retirement last year and really like what they got going on over there as well.

We're a turnkey provider in Little Rock and Memphis markets and we provide management services as well.

one is 35 lots acre plus lots with a nice pond for aesthetics well bigger than a pond.. 

It's the industry I want to be in, I see it all as well-worth learning.Now, I have a few questions for the community here.

(Michael's posts are a great resource for this, but still no substitute for working directly with a tax accountant that's well-versed in all the ins-and-outs of this.) 

Work at establishing in-person relationships that will serve you well over time, not just one-and-done.

I've uploaded the template (well, it says it is for 15 minutes), but nothing ever happens.
