New to BP and Looking to Re-Enter the Real Estate Market

Posted

Hello! I am a new member here and currently live in Tucson, AZ. I previously owned rental property but sold them and am now looking to get back into real estate investing. I am particularly interested in turnkey properties and single-family rentals, but I am also open to exploring other options, including duplexes and different investment strategies.

Currently researching the best markets to focus on and would love to hear insights from others on whats working for them. Looking forward to learning, sharing, and connecting with this community!

@Rajendran Subramaniam welcome back! I have several clients who prefer the middle/southern part of the country so places like Memphis, Little Rock, Oklahoma or Texas. The laws are landlord friendly and each of these markets are very affordable
