New to BP and Looking to Re-Enter the Real Estate Market

Hello! I am a new member here and currently live in Tucson, AZ. I previously owned rental propertie but sold them and am now looking to get back into real estate investing. I am particularly interested in turnkey properties and single-family rentals, but I am also open to exploring other options, including duplexes and different investment strategies.
