We have about 30k ( from 401K) we would be willing to use , I have been reading and watching the BP webinars so I know there are options on how to finance our first one however I would love some insight on your opinions what way we should go about financing our first investment.

I just saw the Nick Sidoti webinar, I'm tempted but the only info I can find is pretty old.

I am looking in the education webinars and havent found it.
