I’m in several ABB host FB groups and the obsession with 5 star reviews and the hoops people jump through to get them is just ridiculous to me.

I spent the first hour after I got the keys sitting on the staircase starring at the coat closet because I had no idea what to do first.

You will still need to focus on your operations and providing a five-star accommodation and service experience to your guests.

Having someone boots on the ground is the most important thing to having a 5 star rental. 

But if the stars align and you're open to it, I'm here with open arms and a heart full of respect, ready to explore an exciting path that could be a win-win for both of us.Why consider the road less traveled with seller financing, you ask?

We've had it in place since launch (Dec 2021).No one's complained to us and we have over 50 5 star reviews (5 overall).I was nervous that it would turn off people and affect ratings but it hasn't.  

We have one Gold Star tenant who does everything you ask w/o even a whimper.

@Will Barnard So I’m wondering if there are Kobayashi Maru (the un-winnable scenario from Star Trek) properties.  

For this particular cabin rental it is a cabin with 165 five star reviews.  

BTW I am a property manager of 5 Star Property Management in Norcal.
