Maybe also there we can help one another with analysis on deals, troubleshooting if anyone has a hard deal, just simply working together, sharing knowledge and encouraging and motivating each other.

This obviously did not sound right so I called them and did some troubleshooting with their escrow specialist (great guy!) 

They are just very good at prioritizing, troubleshooting, decision making, delegating, and establishing standards for others (team members, contractors, Tenants, Clients and others) to achieve.

Assuming it is a leak, they can help you trouble shoot where it is located.

You gotta get your hands dirty and be at the property to trouble shoot issues, brainstorm solutions with your people and implement them.3.

@Bill Turner - In my previous post, I was referring to the electric company's meter, not a voltmeter that the OP might use to troubleshoot.
