Oil companies may also have a tie in with the equipment lease.The absolute best situation is to own the real estate, own the operating business, own the equipment, and have no long term contract with any gasoline provider, in a heavily trafficed location with no direct competition, and a high volume dealership.

In retrospect that was a terrible financial decision, but oh, well.My next job was across town from my house which was a reasonable commute a long time ago, but quickly traffic became too much, and I decided I needed a closer place.

I'm guessing the demand is there but personally it seems that the area might become quite "saturated" with units and dense (traffic) if things keep going this way.We've always had solid demand for our SFH, as we find people who don't want someone on the other side of the wall.

Or do you mark it up enough so that it covers those fees plus your "wholesale fees".I would imagine putting it on the mls would always attract more traffic, especially when it's move in ready and priced right.

Here's what I've been told:- Realtor is your gateway to accurate MLS data (unless you become a licensed agent yourself)- The wrong realtor may speculate and potentially provide inaccurate info, but they should be, in general, one of your stronger resources for things like FMV (fair market value), DOM (days on market) and other details associated with local/current trends- www.irr.com seems to be a great resource for national and local market reportingI hope this is helpful - otherwise, I trust an expert will comment soon enough :) ...Btw - my family and I love to visit your area in the summertime (7 presidents)...sorry for the annoying seasonal traffic from us North Jersians!

There seems to be a lot of development out there and the traffic on the 84 going into Boise each day seems to be getting worst by the month, so it would appear there are a lot of people commuting.
