I was hoping I could get some more general information on how this whole process goes and to inform myself on the pros and cons given im a newbie and don’t know much.

Anytime you are looking at purchasing a condo with a mortgage, the HOA Questionnaire is always going to be a key point of the loan process.

This just seems like it puts me in a potential bad situation if something goes wrong during the process.  

I’m in the process of evaluating the purchase of a laundromat and looking to engage with some folks to ask some questions. 

Be careful not to violate any Fair Housing laws during this process.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this process. 

One housing authority wouldn’t even entertain the request, while another was open to it because it was an affordable housing property, requiring just an application for the exemption.From my experience, dealing with government agencies, especially when trying to save money or get financial benefits, can be a slow process.

It can be discouraging for newcomers.Solution: Develop resilience and learn to view rejection as part of the process.

Most likely the new lender is going throught the foreclosure process and typically will end up taking the property back.The original posters chances of getting this property back now is slim to none as it will be sold at market value.
