@Jerry Bredesen Cheapest fix would be some nice flowers and plants to liven up the lawn.If you wanted to spend a little more, paint the house to get rid of that boring old brick color and give the house some pop.If you want to get crazy, I’ve always felt houses with tiny windows have poor curb appeal.

Moving the rear door over would have helped tremendously but it's not an option with the budget as the exterior has a very dated stucco style and we wouldn't be able to match color/texture and keep it in budget.So I'm looking for ways to define the open space directly opposite the kitchen.

There appears to be a marijuana grow room built in the garage, it is legal to grow marijuana in accordance with Oregon Laws, however I believe this grow room does not comply with volume of plant growth.

I always keep my signs out of neighborhoods, clean up old yard sale/election signs as I plant my signs, and plant them in a non-belligerent manner.

I open it when I water the plants and close it afterwards.I don’t know why you would have problems- not all buildings have a house bib.
