I was always wanted to invest more; Wish I bought more property 4 years ago.

I am in Florida and we have a strong STR market and most of my buyers bought at high rates and using AirDNA we were pretty spot on for the numbers and we were successful in being profitable.  

I really appreciate your opinions.I still have some doubts because I know people who have bought properties from a distance from Spain and it has worked well for them.

Most people who bought in 2022 overpaid.
