Eager to learn

Charles Aiello
Posted

My names Charles Aiello, upstate New York resident (Rochester NY). I've Had 1 rental that I sold for a good profit recently. Did some work to it myself. I was always wanted to invest more; Wish I bought more property 4 years ago.

Defiantly still new to this. Very eager to learn, really looking to learn how to make deals in this current market. I have funds to invest just trying to figure out the best place to invest. What's working and what not to do.

Welcome to BP Charles! Since you’re still figuring out where to invest, look for areas with strong rental demand, good schools, low crime, and potential for future growth. Also, check out if there’s any new development or improvements happening nearby, as that can boost property values. Goodluck, and don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!
