Although having to inspect beautiful beaches across the world is part of my investing routine.

The beauty of that arrangement is that I make MUCH better passive investment returns than I would if I invested in a typical syndication.

East Rochester is also a beautiful part.

I consistently see cash-on-cash returns above 15% but you won't see that on a beautiful property. 

A GC can be a beautiful thing if they can be trusted but even in projects I have a GC I get pricing on everything so I can negotiate or bring in another worker.3.

Eagle Nest is a beautiful area with tall pines and aspen trees. 

My product are beat up structures with deferred maintenance (apathetic people don't maintain their structures) beautifully & efficiently renovated.
