A limited 203k is $~30k or less of work and a full 203k is above that.It's a great program as long as you have a contractor that can handle the paperwork.

As a beginner looking for direction, I'd recommend a few options:1) Pay for a mentorship or training program – a lot of people don't believe in paying for a program, but I do.

under FAQ.I sat in during a presentation from an AnnieMac Rep about the program a month or two ago, and it sounded like they were in the process of rolling it out to new states…perhaps the webpage updates aren’t keeping pace with the new additions.

Look into the NACA loan program as that is what I used.

Like I said to JD I was on my way to participate in the skill bridge program with Kushman & Wakefield until the Navy put a halt on the skill bridge program as a whole until 2023 after my separation date due to a lack of funding and large number of enlisted separating from the armed forces.

I currently have a triplex (Owner occupied) that was financed with the Home Possible loan program.My question is after my one year of occupancy, can I use the same loan program a second time for another owner occupied mutifamily?

Communication & Clean Screenings are worth their weight in Gold. however, I still do think people will use this program as their cash cow until someone gets stabbed or ODs on their property.
