under FAQ.I sat in during a presentation from an AnnieMac Rep about the program a month or two ago, and it sounded like they were in the process of rolling it out to new states…perhaps the webpage updates aren’t keeping pace with the new additions.

Like I said to JD I was on my way to participate in the skill bridge program with Kushman & Wakefield until the Navy put a halt on the skill bridge program as a whole until 2023 after my separation date due to a lack of funding and large number of enlisted separating from the armed forces.

Currently live in 1 unit with my family while renting the other side. 1 unit is a 2 bed 1 bath and the other is a 2 bed with a partly converted garage (existing when bought) being used as a 3rd bedroom 1 bath.Used a GSFA down payment assistance program as capital was not high at the time and was able to cut my living cost from roughly ~$2400/mo to ~1000/mo What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

("Sunny May")Ex: Today's downpayment assistance program: 5.625%, 10/1 5.375%, as low as 4.875% depending on the program (as quoted by a mortgage rep this morning who does these type of loans)There are a bunch of them, here's the link:  https://hcr.ny.gov/sonymaThe rates tend to be lower, you must be a 1st time homebuyer (looking at your last 3 years' tax returns which they ask for)If you haven't talked to a mortgage pro already, you will definitely get a lot of great information by talking to at least 3.
