Looking for a new mortgage broker in Hampton Roads who has experience in credit repair and/or lease-option deals. Any recommendations? We have a lot of clients waiting for you!

@Michael Durand I see on your website that you claim an average a 60 point increase for your clients after 6 months. That can be accomplished with a decrease in balances, and some positive credit reporting accounts, and zero credit repair.

I also see you charge $150 up front for the first month, If I'm not mistaken it's is illegal for agencies offering credit repair to charge up front, correct me if I am wrong.

I think you're calling it "credit education" and "document preparation" on your website to try to get around that.

So all in after 6 months you're collecting 300 dollars for an average 60 point increase that an individual can get for free with zero credit repair if they had the knowledge, and oh by the way, your money back guarantee is hinged on the client forwarding the credit reports to you within 5 days of receipt, this is a task that a high percentage of clients do not follow through with.

@Amberle Farthing I have had a 93% success rate removing 3rd party collections with my specific method which I share free on my website. That combined with positive reporting accounts, low balances, no new collections, and time will boost scores to get the client in shape to qualify for a mortgage.
