@Sean De Fry Orlando year over year has seen very strong job growth, population growth, and property appreciation.

I never saw them chasing deals at 10 o'clock at night like I was or passed them on the road at 6AM driving for dollars like I was,  but I could always find them in a bar on Beale st. or sitting in a fried chicken joint spending money they didn't have on food they didn't need.It's just hard work.

They always replace it with a clear plastic blank plate though.

Do you think  McDonalds wants to chat with the person in their drive through about how hungry their kids are and why the fries should be free?  

@Mark Fries I think they do it to make sure the house is dealt with and not left there for months.

@Mark Fries we did not buy this property with the hoa of renting it out at first.
