Is it tied to changes in the market, a response to new regulations, or part of a long-term plan?

I do believe college has its perks which is why I'm most likely going and with these responses so far I'm even more sure now.

Many require that you keep funds separate from personal funds.

I had belatedly realized that FHA goes off personal credit and therefore I couldn't use the LLC for it.

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

Personally I will not work with them specifically due to this fee.
