Hello BPHope all is wellI’m in a bind between 3 options that you might be helpful in suggesting.I have 2 properties that I’m looking to sell but having separation anxiety since I never sold any of my properties.And taking consideration it’s a sellers market.

I have a lot of anxiety (that is probably misplaced) when it comes to financing this huge change. 

I feel as though I need more properties that produce cash flow to offset this anxiety in the case of some crazy emergency or something weird happens. 

Get a 4 mm thick click lock vinyl wood look with no less than a 12 mil wear layer and make sure it has either an aluminum oxide or ceramic bead finish for scratch resistance.

What I find so interesting, for lack of a better term, is the fear and anxiety feel related to getting started in real estate.  

I think I'm just having a little anxiety over the process.

I can tell you that, at 4 deals in, there's still anxiety.

I’ve never done a deal before and I am having anxiety about finding a motivated seller putting them under contract then being unable to locate a buyer within the allotted time frame.
