Realtor Relationship in a Sell
Hello all,
I am curious to get your opinion. I am currently trying to close on my second property but I am not feeling too good regarding my realtor.
It appears that the realtor I am working with has a working relationship with the realtor listed for the seller. It makes me question if they are looking out for my best interest. As an example, when I wanted to give my initial offer, my realtor was adamant that it wouldn't sell for what I was asking or when the inspection was finished, saying what she knew the seller wasn't going to fix certain requests that I had.
Are there any tips or anything I can do to ensure I'm getting the best deal possible?
