When Im selling an investment property I will schedule showings back to back and even overlap them.

Alright, lets move on to the next step.The next question is actually several that all somewhat overlap. 1) Can you rent your home out for a profit or at least break even?

I changed routes the second home due to the investor only being comfortable with one project at a time and they ended up overlapping.

Although the project went relatively smoothly, there were many challenges including a language barrier and some timing and overlap issues with the contractors.

Always best to give yourself an overlap month where you've got access to the old & new property.

And look at the people who are ex-military or have other overlapping interests.

I've googled and there seems to be some overlap in the results, so I haven't gotten a clear answer to my question.
