It's well accepted in science.Without the basic rules of the game, no one would understand even the game of chess and REI has many more components that must be moved  at the right time and in the correct manner less we fall off the cliff like lemmings".The other day someone was dealing with the problem of using the Residential Purchase Contract when the Commercial Purchase Contract would have had the right clauses to manage (among other things) the tenants in place a) to remain b) premises to be delivered vacant.Knowledge IS power and it doesn't come by osmosis unless the trial and error (very expensive tuition) is attractive.

restaurant is a tough tough business.. the only one I would consider is something like Biscuts.eggs and potato's and bacon for 12 bucks light lunch close at 2pm.. the margins are in breakfast.. not 50 dollar steaks that cost you 20 bucks to buy..
