1032 From Personal Name to New LLC

Hi All,

I'm looking to sell 1-2 of my smaller MFs and 1031 into larger MFs. My current smaller properties are just under my name, but the larger MFs will be under an LLC. I'd be the only member of that LLC, so I'm hoping this isn't a big deal. Can someone confirm you can 1031 from a property under personal name and acquire the new property under an LLC?
