West Valley cities like Buckeye and Avondale, East Valley spots like Apache Junction and Mesa, or growing areas like Casa Grande and Maricopa are worth exploring.

It's probably best to have them pay out of pocket for a smaller cost like this.

You will likely miss some deductions using the commercial tax software but it’s the cheaper option and starting out a couple hundred dollars in deductions missed likely isn’t that big of a deal.

We'll likely have to look for alternatives to our primary house since we won't be moving much anymore, but I like the idea of small multis and getting a lending who fully understands the VA is certainly good insight.Thanks,Fritz 

Those sounds like great rentals and vacancy rates have been decent - our management team only has a handful of vacanies out of the 300+ we oversee, thankful for that.
