Canadian Looking to Invest in US Real Estate

Hi Everyone,

New to investing as I don't have any properties under my belt yet, but the goal is to have something by the middle of 2025. I've done a lot of research into this and believe this is for me, but am getting some roadblocks when it comes to funding requirements and my buy box not aligning. Does anyone have any experience as a foreigner investing in the US, or can anyone connect me with someone. I would greatly appreciate it.
