If they put dishes in the dishwasher with slobs of butter, fatty chicken skin and artichoke hearts and these things got pushed down the drain and caused an obstruction, you have a reason to sit them down and have a conversation.

We received many phone calls, voicemails, emails and texts now stating how dire it had become and we were sent a email with a photo of mold in a petri dish.

You may add a little dish soap to the water mixture to cut any dirt and oil on the surface you are cleaning that may hold mold.

Each bedroom, each bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, walls, pots and pans and glasses and dishes and sheets and towels and blankets and decorative stuff and pictures and perhaps exterior stuff like patio furniture.

dog food and cat food dishes are buffet for mice.. also exterior trash and containers should be located away from the house.

the city inspector ask to add double shut off valve for the kitchen sink and the dish washer, and asked to add a sensor switch in the bathroom, and I paid him again to come and passed the final inspection... horrible dealing with the city.
