Renting out Extra Rooms
Hey guys!! I live in San Diego near a college campus. I’m taking over an under-market rental agreement, the house is my parents so I have some flexibility with what I can do.
I am going to rent out 3 of the other rooms in the house and need some help starting out. Legally (rental agreements and tenant screening) does any one have any advice? I am specifically looking for how to get the rental agreement for the roommates to sign.
