Oregon you can transfer title subject to the property tax's in WA you must bring them current to record a transfer deed plus pay Excise tax .. oregon just record your deed and there is a small transfer tax the recorder figures out when your standing there.

Not to mention they don't pay their license renewal fees, do not finish continuing education requirements, have license suspended for student loan delinquency, back child support owed, IRS tax levies on any commission they make etc.

@Sara Levy-LambertRun your analysis as a long term rental.

As a seller you should expect to pay between 5-6% in commissions (I wouldn’t pay more than 5%) With excise tax and title/escrow fees expect another 2.5-3% in fees.

Also, They have high HOA costs, General Excise Tax 4.5%.
