We have a division-1 football & basketball teams that regularly attract outside visitors, as well as having Interstate-80 run right through our town.

If you are not far from an interstate, you could set up a few units on your property to rent as AirBNBs.

Not next to undesirable uses (landfill, projects, interstate, methadone clinic).

In 2016 we moved interstate from TX to MO.

I have got lot of prospects that are intersted but to my surprise all of them have bad credit scores - mid 500s to low 600sTypically in this situation I would expect them to put in a higher - 3 month rent as security deposit but so far every prospect has declined to put in a higher depositWhat do you do in this sitation ?

Ocala has recently added several large warehouse/distribution centers - Auto Zone, Chewy's, Fed Ex, and is building another one along the interstate at the same exit. 

I work with American Interstate bank and am very happy with their service and rates.

Also it is not too far from the interstate in a small town that I would say is neither growing but not dying.  

With a very good location right of the interstate and it’s a 1 min walk to 9 different hotels.My idea is to fix and clean the house up and then put it on AirBnB.
