Learn from your family and on your own by going to different meet-ups and having conversations with agents, other investors and anyone else in the industry to hear about their experiences.Make 2025 a year of planning and how you will go about that plan. 

It is a well established belief in the financial industry that there is an inherent conflict of interest when financial advisors are compensated on sales commission.  

Business is valuable and this has not been a great year for the property management industry.

My personal experience after 40 + years in the real estate industry is that “wholesaling” is a very INEFFICIENT AND INEFFECTIVE way to gain knowledge and experience relative to real estate.
