They have a beautiful high end commercial kitchen (available to all tenants) where a Chef regularly holds gourmet cooking classes for women who 'usually only make reservations for dinner', (her words).The open house they had was so well attended they had a shuttle running from an offsite parking lot.

They don't decide whats for dinner, or even cook dinner, unless its fun for them, because they hire a personal chef to take care of it.

Merely watching Iron Chef on TV is not enough.

I have seen my primary residence change in swings of $50k in the span of a few days.The zestimate is blind, meaning if 2 similar homes side by side are fairly close, but one has a $25k brand new chef kitchen and the other has a 25yr old throw away kitchen, zillow is none the wiser, hence inaccuracy.Is this zestimate more accurate in other parts of the country?

They have a nice, upscale restaurant that overlooks their vineyard that I highly recommend.In SF, there is a high-end restaurant called Michael Mina (chef Michael Mina, obviously, who has some great restaurants).
