Hello all,

I went to a FB training last weekend, although i knew what to expect i went because my wife and i are interested in changing our lives. No purchases made... lol

We have begun reading the UBG here and listen to as many podcasts as possible. I really like [#160?] where they talk about freedom number and i think that really speaks to us.

We are not looking to get rich quick or going after that million dollar investment. Our goal is to match our current life style and make enough to match our income and then its all gravy...at least thats the plan. :) Switch between flips and rentals to build a balanced portfolio.

I will be going to my first local REIA group tomorrow and looking forward to our new adventure.

I would like to help any of you looking at properties in Tampa, Hillsborough, Brandon, Land O Lakes, and Lutz area. I would be happy to go take video or pictures of properties for you. Since my wife and i are new this would be a good way to learn about properties and just get a good feel for the areas and learn what to look for.
