I bought it with a power of attorney express mailed to me from the other side of the planet, and my husband came home to a new house that he had only seen on Skype.

We always joked that she was widow to 4 husbands and had 11 kids...she wore them all out.I carry her name as my middle name and I fully expect to carry on her tradition of being a sassy and still flirty woman well into my 9th decade on the planet.  

You are on the greatest place for real estate investors on the planet!

There are greener pastures out there, and no reason you can't do deals from coast to coast in more investor friendly locales. 

I am looking for some help or advice with a few specific things, and this is probably the best place on the planet to ask, so here goes...I am looking to acquire rental units, but I have some road blocks that I'm having trouble navigating around.

And its going to make me even more money in the future so I never have to worry about some big company letting me go when I hit 50 or 55 or something.......And no matter how you run the numbers, there's no way anybody could ever convince me that you can make more money from any other investment on the planet than you can if you invest in real estate.

Again, wholesalers are in the same boat as real estate agents.Legally and ethically, there isn't a wholesaler on the planet worth two beans more than a really good real estate agent.

In the interest of full disclosure if I have one skill on the planet earth it is marketing. 

There is mold everywhere on the planet, including homes.  

Over time as this generation begins to age, they too will seek greener pastures in the suburbs.
