I am adding basic grade stainless steel fridge, standard washer / dryer, and possibly sand/paint cabinets to update it a little.

(Don’t buy the cheapest thing they sell, but even the second cheapest is usually ok for an extra $50-$100)While you’re at it, why provide a fridge?

All appliances (most are second hand but barely used appliances like fridge, fryer, etc)6. 

If someone wants to take the time to break into an empty apartment and take the fridge I have insurance for that. :)

We completely renovated the upstairs bathroom, updated all hardware and hinges on doors to a matte black finish, deep cleaned the whole house, bought stainless steel fridge and washer and dryer, updated all the light fixtures and fans, and tamed the front yard.

We had a guest who thought the fridge was failing as everything was melting.

Why make a healthy meal when there's leftover pizza and pop in the fridge?

Fridges, ranges, HVAC, roof leaks, repaint and carpets at turnover, landscaping during vacancy, clogged toilet, etc: these things happen.  

I would put up a lot more in-focus photos, of each room and the bed configurations and sizes, all of the bathrooms, more of the kitchen showing the fridge and the dining area, and the backyard or porch with the barbeque you provide.
