What do people look for on AirBnb?

Today I got my 2nd booking in 4 years from Airbnb.  Like usual, it's a group of traveling workers.  What do traveling workers look for when they search Airbnb?  I just have one ad up, for a 3 story house that sleeps 8.

I'm considering putting up another ad for a 2 bedroom place.  I have about a dozen.  So one ad can cover a dozen properties for people looking for a place that sleeps 2.

I'm considering putting another ad for a 3 bedroom place.  I have about half a dozen.  So this ad can cover half a dozen properties if people are looking for a place that sleeps 3 people.

I've got a few more houses that sleep 4.  One generic ad could cover these houses.

So I'll have 4 ads up on Airbnb.  One for 2 bedroom places, one for 3 bedroom places, one for places that sleep 4, and the last one is for places that sleep 6 or more.

Does this sound like a good strategy?  There is only one other Airbnb ad up for a place in my town.  It's marketed to vacationing people.  Travelling workers are my market.
