I dunno, guess I'm just too dumb to figure that one out.... and by the way: the classes are $20K max, and NONE of them qualify as pre-law.Also, depending on the scenario, towing fees can be upwards of $500, enough to feed their family for the month.... and then people wonder why drains get filled with concrete, walls get broken open, copper gets stripped - with the water still running - or buildings get torched when there's an eviction.

I've got a property that needs a good snake due to roots in the main line.  Additionally there is an issue with the subfloor in the bathroom and it is no longer safe to use the restroom.  (these are inherited problems...

The deal fell through when we found out that the sewer line did not have enough angle to drain properly to the main line.

I uncovered a multitude of issues (mainly cosmetic) but I have a couple of big ticket maintenance issues remaining - a slab drain leak (not supply) which was recently discovered and the home appears to need slight leveling (door jambs tight, small gap on brick outside).
