Lender A is no longer in business, and the servicer doesn't have any records available to show a release of the 2000 deed.I know that's a lot to digest. 

As I digest this info, I will be asking for more real work experience/guidance!

Soon I will be finishing them to provide digestible reports to see totals and places for improvement on investments.

Here are two fact patterns that I think everyone will find more digestible:#1: Taxpayer A leases and lives in a $2,000/month apartment used as a personal residence.  6 months into the 12 month lease, changed circumstances have made her apartment building much more attractive to the population's rental pool. 

BTW loved your podcast episode...I think I already listened to it about 4 times on all my latest trip to my property and then again today...Full of great advises to digest slowly and repeatedly!

I've heard some great reviews about The BRRRR book by @David Greene however I'm still digesting his 1st book on Long-Distance Real Estate Investing.

There's a lot of data there and I think it presents it in a pretty easily digestable format.

I'm going to attempt to give you the readers digest version, and then if you want to post the address or PM it to me I can take a look and give the real answer.The assessor's number and tax plat are essentially meaningless.
