While it wasn't a perfect arrangement, she was close enough that we could get her to the doctor or store, we could get together frequently, and if an emergency came up one of us could get to her place quickly.

I've done over 100 rehabs, and if it took my handyman more than an hour to do these two things, I'd be surprised...certainly shouldn't take a licensed plumber more than an hour.Either way, plumbers are not cheap.This one is more expensive than my doctor or attorney...at least he would have been had I actually given him the work...

The only 100% conventional loan I know of is VA and some loans made to medical doctors.....or to those who can show they don't need a loan.
