It seems like most of the stock in town is around the century old mark so that is good to keep in mind.

In this century, I've been through 2 big real estate downturns, the 2001-2002 tech recession that was more regional (at least in the really "bad" aspects) and the Great Recession.

Now the good is that those buildings at least the brick duplex's were built by craftsmen of the day and were built to last basically for centuries.. and Rent is high sec 8 is really high rent.

So either its the deal of the century, or there is a big problem that isnt that apparent.
