NACA is VERY slow, they did 2x appraisal and 2x inspection, asked to upgrade a bunch of stuff like random hand rails on 2nd floor stairs etc - marketing helped with digital floorplans, 3d tour > only held 1 open house and didnt receive that many offers.. surprising.

Our income was modest for those years (and still is modest - less than 6 digits last year). 

However, if you prefer to meet in person and not over zoom or some other digital means, that would be a consideration.

It does background checks, creates the lease agreement that can be digitally signed, it accept rent payments.  

We’d rather take low double digits passive with lower risk over 25-35% active with the risk of principal loss.

Everyone I've sold a property to in this area in the past couple years are already celebrating equity, and increased rents.

I would be VERY (VERY VERY) leery of forking over ANY 5 digit sum to someone who says they can help you like that.

Celebrate holidays, bdays, and milestones together.To encourage collaboration, support, etc, start every team call/meeting with having each team member mention a 'win' that they had recently as well as a challenge they're facing... with the right mix of people, you should see your agents jumping at the chance to share advice/info and cheer one another on.
