Doesn’t sound like the case in your situation, but maybe worth investigating if there is a disposal.

So in your case in MD, your WY/DE LLC would be the member using the registered agent's address. 

Hopefully, this becomes the case in Denver as it would be a great density driver and affordability solution...

It's common to find properties with one tax parcel but multiple lots and segregate them to build additional homes without a new subdivision process being required.I know from recent research that is not always the case in PA specifically.

As @Jay Hinrichs mentioned, sometimes we small housing providers have to do ALL the work  - case in point I do everything I can for my 20 units - and I learn every day so I can do more. 

Case in point, I just had to replace an entire toilet in a unit where the tenant reported “some bad smell” coming from the toilet.  

They are going to have an excellent case in court that the garage was always included in the rental property just based on the history of its use.
