The commissions here are too small to be meaningful unless I concentrate on southern or mid-coast Maine and no, that's not my cup of tea.

its urgent ,its long story ,  I might need to drink a class of long island ice tea before i even can start......I got screwed on this deal big time.... now don't know what to do to get rid of it..to end this nightmare...

Thinking I probably should have been tapping into wholesalers out there as that isn't my cup of tea personally but the benefits are obviously there.

There aren't any transfer taxes on a refinance, credit report fee is something people like to do but it's not my cup of tea personally.
