Thankfully, he survived but spent a couple of months in a hospital and I was handicapped and could not even walk.

Id say though if I was handicapping this...based on the current standings in the election, with about 35% of the vote in.....this has a 25% chance of happening in Montgomery County and a 75% chance it would not even be put up for a vote.
