I've often considered a Country Inn with wedding venue, or a host of other things (craft weekends, fitness, small retreats, or ?)

welcome to BP i currantly live in southern oregon its a great place. there are tons of venues like what you describe as it is a retirement area on the wild and scenic rogue river.

BP can definitely be a bash session on anyone charging money for teaching about real estate investing so this venue might be a bit biased. 

I would like to find someone who has the the knowledge and the ability to lead me in the right direction.Thanks to BP for having a magnificent place to find others that has the same enthusiastic and passion.

Or you can do it more legit way by contracting with a concert hall or another large venue and have people passing out flyers on the way out/in.  

Most clerks will help you out in that venue.

I look forward to learning much from you and hope to create many vocational relationships from this venue.

Your best bet might be to promote what you are looking for in those venues and find a match. 

For us, its a great venue to learn the emerging opportunities in private money.
