I pay asap... every time.I also try and clear the way for the contractor so the area is clear, the scope of work is clear, and they can get in and out (not wade through a tenant's junk or have to do a half dozen add on tasks).

Additionally, there is no dryer vent so I will have to add one and it will have to vent up, which according to my handyman is not recommended.My question is -- does anyone have experience with ventless dryers?
