I graduated from Miami Unviersity in 2018 with a degree in finance, and currently work for a top property and casualty insurance carrier.Real estate has always been an interest and an itch I have wanted to scratch, but never knew where to start.

Being a realtor I do love real estate, so the thrill, excitement, and itch will always be there.

I am itching to do some networking!

I believe I told both that I'm not necessarily itching to jump in any second, but if the right deal presents itself, I could move rather quickly. 

I am fully committed to becoming a REI, and am itching to get a deal under my belt.

At the same time, I've caught the REI bug hard and have that  itch to acquire my first property.

From what I can see you are absolutely correct and student housing is likely the way to go.I echo the recommendation that you put down modular units, they are faster but depending on your dad's experience he could also scratch his itch to build something and manage the ancillary roadwork, fencing, and so forth. 

But this time I have the itch for learning about how to get started in REI.

I've had an itch to get back into real estate these past couple of months while I build my credit history up over here.

And I am itching to get experience and start my BRRRR life sooner.
