Does anyone have recommendations for a contractor for an almost full gut property in Rochester NY?

Old and outdated buildings - These non brick built in 1900's buildings are 95% likely to need a full gut rehab, and at the asking prices or even under, these major scale rehabs don't make too much sense.

I'm curious why I did not receive it, as I paid in full, and it is already on my credit card!

BP forum messed up my post. was going to say this: I use eggshell for all of my own properties.

I rent to one couple or small family for the full rental period - no less than 2 months and no more than 3 months.

That is what got me to this post.
