I currently manage 20 properties for family and friends in Central Florida.

In my opinion, it’s a great location—centrally located between New York and Florida.

Anyone who has had to pay for a new central AC/heat pump in recent years compared to the pre-COVID years can attest that AC prices have SKYROCKETED!!

I would have a window unit on standby and install it for them in a central area of the home. 

I'm of the same opinion on this (own rentals in Fort Bend and Central TX).

There are deals out there but you have to decide if the time for the legwork to go pick up the purchases piecemeal is better for you and your time/budget than just getting things at a central location.

Is it worth it to save up the 20% necessary for a down payment on a triplex in central CT?
